Online orders take 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday) to be processed and fulfilled. Once packages are dropped off for shipment, standard shipping is 1-5 business days.
*Please note during the Holidays both fulfilling & transit times may be longer. Tracking numbers are provided upon shipment. Please keep in mind once your item leaves our store we cannot control the shipping or any delays that may or may not occur.
Returns
All seasonal items and gift card sales are Final.
Everyday sales returns/exchanges are valid for up to 14 days after the date of purchase for in store purchases and up to 20 days for online orders after the date of purchase.

If the return is due to an error on our end, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label once we have responded to your inquiry.
Returning an item is at your own risk. Please ensure adequate packaging. Shipping insurance is encouraged but at your discretion. We are not liable for damage caused by poor packaging or if the item is damaged or lost while being returned to us. Any items that are damaged when received will not be eligible for refund.
Once received a refund will be credited to the original method of payment within 1-3 business days.
