Refund policy

All seasonal items, clearance and gift card sales are Final.

All custom orders & preorders are final sale and non-refundable .

Everyday sales returns/exchanges are valid for up to 14 days after the date of purchase for in store & online orders after the date of purchase.

Products must be unused and in their original condition to be eligible for return.

If the return is due to an error on our end, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label once we have responded to your inquiry.  

Returning an item is at your own risk. Please ensure adequate packaging. Shipping insurance is encouraged but at your discretion. We are not liable for damage caused by poor packaging or if the item is damaged or lost while being returned to us. Any items that are damaged when received will not be eligible for refund.  

Once received in its original unused condition a refund will be credited to the original method of payment within 1-3 business days.
